 Yesterday was the best day ever: Feliciano finally confessed, you pulled his curl, and you know what will happen next. You woke up next to your new boyfriend (both naked) and smiled but then you felt sick and ran to the bathroom. "Bella, are you ok?" Feliciano asked as he woke up to see throwing up in the bathroom. "I think I'm sick, Feli, you probably should head to training without me." you said. "But Ludwig will kill me in that training." Feliciano said. "You won't die, please go." you begged with your puppy eyes. "Why do you-a have to that? Fine, I'll-a go." Feliciano said as you hugged him and kissed him on the cheek. "Why-a not on the lips?" Feliciano asked. "I don't want you getting sick." you said as you put on your clothes. Feliciano put on his clothes then headed out leaving you alone.

 Feliciano was late a little and Ludwig ran up to him. "Vhy are you late?!" Ludwig said. "I slept in." Feliciano said as Ludwig raised a hand. "Please don't hit me." Feliciano said and Ludwig waited for the rest. "Und?" Ludwig asked. "And what?" Feliciano asked. "You usually say 'Please don't hit me, I'm still a virgin' where's the rest?" Ludwig asked as Feliciano blushed and everyone was staring at him. "Because, ummm...I'm not." Feliciano said shyly and his head down making Francis run over to him. "Who with?" Francis asked. "_-___." Feliciano said as Francis did his signature "Ohnohnoh~" (I think it's that way). The rest of the huge perverts congradulate him and Ludwig had to make them come back to training.

 You were waiting for the doctor to call you back and you wait for Feliciano to come back. Then you heard your phone and picked it up. "Miss ____, it's your doctor.""Great, do you know what's wrong with me?""Well I have a good idea but you need to comfirm it. Are you hungry alot today?""Yes.""A little moody?""Yes.""Then I need you to take a pregnancy test.""What?!""It fits all of the symptoms.""Ok, I'll take one." you said before you hung up and ran to the bathroom. You got out a pregnancy test that you have just in case and took it. You heard Feliciano come in as it was still waiting. "Bella, I'm home." Feliciano said (your in house). "I'm in the bathroom." you said as it the test came back, positive. "Have you figure out why your-a sick?" Feliciano asked. "You can say that." you said as you opened the door and held the test behind your back.

 "Good, and what's-a behind your back, bella?" Feliciano asked. "Well, umm...if I show you will you promise not to be mad?" you asked. "Why would I be mad, bella?" Feliciano asked as you handed him the pregnancy test. You walked away and sat down on the bed. "I'm going to be a father?" Feliciano asked. "Yes, it was just one night and we already are going to be parents." you said. "The best day of my life and now better." Feliciano said before picking you up and kissing you. "You won't leave me?" you asked. "No, I'm excited to be a father." Feliciano said. "We're going to have to tell the rest of the contries." you said. "We'll tell them tommorow at the meeting." Feliciano said. "Your the best." you said before kissing him on the lips. "Yes I am, the first time and I already got a girl pregnant." Feliciano said.

 You were walking with Feliciano hand-in-hand to the world meeting confrence. Once you guys got there and saw everyone fighting again you sighed and sat down. "Everyone stop fighting!" Ludwig snapped hitting his hands against the table. "Alright, now anyone have news?" Ludwig asked as Feliciano raised his hand stood up. "Yes, Feliciano?" Ludwig asked as Feliciano stood you up. "It's more like we have news." Feliciano said while you blush. "Yes your a couple, anyone else?" Ludwig asked. "No, that's not the news." Feliciano said nudging you in the arm. "I'm pregnant." you said. Everyone was shocked, Feliciano finally lost his virginity and is now going to be a father. "Well looks like someone grew up over night." Francis said.

 You are now nine months pregnant and sitting down next to Lovino in the living room. You couldn't wait to have the baby, one because you couldn't wait to see the little bundle of joy and two because all of the pregnancy stuff was very tiring. Lovino was eating a tomatoe while you were feeling the baby and Feliciano was at the store. You had to go to the bathroom so you ask Lovino to help you up and once you stood up you felt pain wash over you and water go down your legs you scream in pain and lean on Lovino. "What'-a happening?!" Lovino asked. "Water broke." you said as you laid down on the floor holding Lovino's hand for dear life. Lovino was searching for his phone and called Feliciano.

 "Felicino come home-OUCH!" Lovino said as you had another contraction and held on tighter with his hand. "What's-a wrong?" Feliciano asked you started to scream in pain again. "She's in labour hurry up and come home before she breaks my hand." Lovino yelled into the phone then hung up. "____, breathe...in, out, in-" Lovino was cut off by you. "FORGET ABOUT THE BREATHING! TRY HELPING ME DELIVER THE CHILD!" you yelled before screaming in pain again. "Feliciano better hurry up." Lovino said as he gets ready to deliver the kid. "Feli!" you yell as Feliciano came barging in the door and panting. "Bella, I'm here." Feliciano said running over to you and taking your hand. "Good you came in time for her to start pushing." Lovino said as you began to push while crying hard. "Great I see the head." lovino said holding up your dress. "Keep on pushing, bella." Feliciano said. "But it hurts." you said crying. "Come on keep on going." Lovino said. After a while of pushing you heard some small crying.

 You looked up at Lovino to see him covered in blood and holding a little girl. "It's a raggaza." Lovino said before handing Lovino the baby. You were crying happily untill you felt pain again. "Okay there's twins, I'm going to have a lot of blood on me." Lovino mutter to himself the last part. "Twins?!" Feliciano asked. "Yes ____ keep on pushing." Lovino said. You continued to push untill you heard drying again looked up to Lovino and saw a little boy in his arms. "A little raggazo." Lovino said handing you him. "Look what we did, and all because of that one night." you said before Feliciano kissed your forehead. "It continues to get better each day." Feliciano said. "What are they going to be named?" Lovino asked still covered in blood. "Well I think Bella for the girl and Lovino for the boy." you said. "You want the ragazzo named after me?" Lovino asked. "Of course, you're the uncle." you said. "Perfect names." Feliciano said as the door bell rang.
 
 "I'll get it." lovino said before opening the door to Ludwig. "Vhy are you covered in blood?!" Ludwig asked as he heard tiny cries and walked in to see you both holding a baby. "You two had twins?" Ludwig asked. "Yeah we did." you said. "And it's the perfect time to ask." Feliciano said. "Ask what?" you asked. "Will you marry me?" Feliciano asked. "Of course I'll marry you!" you said. "Bye the way, what did you want Ludwig?" Feliciano asked handing Bella to Lovino. "Vhy didn't you come to practice zhis morning?" Ludwig asked. "Oh, umm-GOODBYE!" Feliciano said running away. "You come back here." Ludwig ran after him as you laugh. "Your father is a funny person, and the man of my dreams." you said to Lovino (the baby one) as he yawned and dozed off in your arms.
